Services Reviews are a key mechanism to reassess the intent and outcomes of a Service. We have a standardised data collection and engagement approach that we facilitate with Local Councils to review and reasses the purpose and desired outcomes from a Service. We have significant experience in determining which services to review and once agree assessing options for the Executive Leadership Team to evaluate and determine the future state. As we fully understand the integrated planning framework, we complete any service review and ensure it alignment with the Community Vision and Council Outcomes.
