Action 4.6 Produce the Business Casen
Purpose
To gain agreement and support for the identified improvement actions. This may include approval for capital, training and other support that the team may identify as being outside the scope of the team to organise and manage within its own resources.
DESIRED OUTCOME

Once this step is completed, you will have produced a document that can be presented to key stakeholders as the basis for gaining their agreement to the requirements of the team and the necessary changes.
How to do it
Working with the sponsor, and using all the information gathered by the team, develop a document which describes:
